Slow cooked Easter ham recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 whole ham, approximately 3-4 kg (pre-cooked, not raw)
  • 250 ml of apple juice
  • 200 g of brown sugar
  • 1 spoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 spoon Dijon mustard

Procedure
