  • 1 pack spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 450 g boneless chicken breast without skin
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 75 ml soy sauce
  • 100 ml of chicken broth
  • sweet chili sauce to taste
  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1-2 handfuls of roasted peanuts
  • 3 spring onions

  1. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set the spaghetti aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a large pan. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and fry, stirring occasionally, until golden, 6 to 8 minutes.
  3. Remove the meat to a plate, add the garlic to the same pan and fry for about 1 minute. Mix in the cornstarch, then add the soy sauce, chicken stock, sweet chili sauce, rice wine vinegar and mix until the sauce is combined.
  4. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the cooked pasta, chicken, peanuts and diced onion and stir until the spaghetti is coated in the sauce.
