Ingredients

Dough

  • 200 g plain flour
  • 100 g of butter, cold and cut into cubes
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 2-4 tablespoons of cold water

  • 200 g of fresh sorrel, chopped
  • 200 ml of cooking cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 100 g of hard cheese (e.g. Gruyère or Emmental), grated
